Shipping policy

Shipment information

The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: 2 - 3 business days

Shipping time: 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). For rural locations, allow up to 20 business days. Shipping rates subject to change.

Usually we use Fedex Smart Post to delivery your order, we provide free shipping service.

If  you want to choose other ship methoned like: UPS or USPS, it will charge you additional shipping fee.

All the orders will ship from our warehouse on United States.

Ownership, Terms, and Risk

We will dispatch the order within two to three business days EXCEPT your pre-order(s). Please make sure your address details are correct as once the parcel is on its way we cannot redirect it. It is your responsibility to check and verify.

Check Your Order and Shipment

You can track your order after an email confirmation has been sent to you. You can easily check the order via the online tracking page.

Normally if the orders have been shipped out (you have received the tracking number or your order status is completed), your orders cannot be canceled.
